Expert opinions in the field of occupational safety

An expert opinion is one of the possible evidences in the Czech Republic, especially in court proceedings, sometimes also in administrative proceedings, the purpose of which is to obtain information that is essential for the given proceedings and which depends on specialized professional knowledge. 

An expert opinion is always prepared by an expert appointed for the relevant field of occupational safety and ergonomics.

Expert opinions for hazardous waste

The result of our experts' work is always one of the following two options: 

- Certificate of exclusion of hazardous properties of waste – based on the Certificate of exclusion of hazardous properties of waste, waste can be handled as waste of category – other waste. 

- Notification that waste has one or more hazardous properties – in case of issuance of the Notification, waste must be handled as waste of category – hazardous waste.

Assessment of compliance according to the legal regulations of the Czech Republic

The analysis is carried out in the form of a professional verification of compliance with requirements on site.
